Take Care of Yourself
Summers gone, kids are back in school and the familiar step of routine takes over. As we busy ourselves with our demanding lives humbly be mindful, “You are no good to anyone unless you are good to yourself”. It is a state of balance that is the art we strive to perfect. We must take care of ourselves in order to best care for others. So I offer these suggestions to help you; Live in love not with fear. Eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday. Eat a piece of dark chocolate whenever you feel blue. Take my kickboxing class at least once. Be mindful of your breath. Cry whenever you need to. Be the best you. Ask for help when appropriate. Explore holistic and alternative health, it is the key to optimal health and longevity. Be grateful for something everyday. Never give up because you deserve the best. Commit to making no excuses and always do your best. Humility is the path to being a better person. Doing the right thing is often hard but well worth it. Always see life as a privalige not a right. Thank God for little miracles. Know that you can be better than that. Remember the richest person is the one who can be happiest with the least. Above all, have faith that things are exactly as they should be.
